What sucks is, this pry wont be 3D... so I will have to (yup, HAVE TO) buy this steelbook and the separate 3D release. I own all of the batman movies in Steelbook form (had to import Forever and Batman & Robin from overseas) and I own man of steel book (bought the book and the big man of steel S emblem case, the S case had the 3D in it)

All.of this to say, when physical media goes away, I may kill myself at how much I have wasted in it!

Didn't enjoy the movie too much but depending on the artwork I'll pick it up. Plus I am curious to see the 3 hour cut.

Maybe we can have these for the front and back of the steel...

I'll definitely be purchasing this. Especially if it comes with the R rated extended edition!

I hope it's a Metalpak so that when it's fully open there's no pesky spine in the way and they can have Superman on the front and Batman on the back facing each other like on the poster!

Totally agree!! Once I saw that shot, I thought to myself, that has to be on the cover of a lenti or inside artwork for the steelbook. It has to be, I loved that shot!

Extended Cut & 3D are a must.
Star Wars Force Awakens SB doesn't come in 3D.
Shame if it did, and you gotta wait for the Koreans to
do the right thing again.

If that's not the interior, I will make it so.

I've seen a few videos on that and have read even more on the subject but have yet to attempt it. I have practiced the removal of the plastic inserts and feel good about that so I too may have to take matter into my own hands if that shot isn't the interior.

Do you go all out and replace the art on the spine too or do you leave that be??

I've done it once for Spectre. If you look in that thread, I did not do the spine. I plan on trying that soon, though.

EDIT: Here's the post

Awesome job on Spectre! Good choice on the artwork and going grayscale proved to be the right decision.

I'll probably give it a whirl sooner than later so I can work out any issues now. I want to be well prepared in the event they don't choose what clearly should be the interior artwork. I just got back from my 2nd viewing and damn, I love that Trinity shot.

Best Buy Canada will also be getting this.

now here's hoping for it to include 3D, but I have my doubts.

Is it possible that there will be two different steelbooks, one of Batman, one of Superman?
