So, without the Showcase being included, is there any real reason legends are included, other than to get old school fans to buy it? I mean, the Showcase last year was pretty good. Some of the legends I'm gonna feel as though they should have exchanged for others, that actually make sense.

Both are on the NXT Edition box so it is highly unlikely they won't be in the game from the start.

Only 3 are in the NXT edition - Shinsuke Nakamura, Nia Jax and Apollo Crews. So, if they are in the game, they will be DLC later on, but I'm betting Bayley is revealed next week.

I don't think just because they were in a group shot is going to mean they are included in the NXT DLC pack.

Those are the NXT Edition DLC sure but the box has more than those three on it. Most of which have been revealed already. It would be false advertising to put wrestlers on the packaging of the game that are not included on disc or as included DLC. Especially how they are presented which isn't a group shot. They have selected very specific wrestlers and put portraits of them on the box. We know Bayley and Asuka are not part of the included DLC so that only leaves them as part of the main non-DLC roster. It would be like suggesting Brock on the non-NXT edition cover didn't make him a lock for the roster.

It's not false advertising at all. They are on a NXT box that houses a NXT action figure mainly... it's not like they are on the game cover... LOL...

Also, we don't know what the DLC is... not a clue... season pass will include 2 or 3 DLC packs, so they can easily be in those... we don't know.

Actually yes what is on the box does count as the cover art for the NXT Edition. A cover is the front of a product not something inside. And yes putting a wrestler on that cover that is not included either on disc or in a packaged DLC voucher would be false advertising. So again what you are suggesting is the equivelant of Brock not being in the game. Or putting a car on the cover of a racing game not in the game. Or many more examples.

Almost all the NXT wrestlers that have been getting revealed are on the box and you think there is a chance two of the bigger names on the box have any chance of not being in the game? As for future DLC you are right that we don't know that. We just know who it won't be. Asuka and Bayley won't be for example. Sean Waltman/1-2-3 Kid/Syxx/X-Pac.... who knows? A safe bet will be their usual future stars with NXT wrestlers not on the NXT Edition cover art (Hopefully Roode made the DLC cut-off date like Samoa Joe did last year) and a legends pack with some new legends. A long shot would be something like a Cruiserweight Classic pack. Did I mention it won't be Asuka or Bayley though?

Anyway, before the roster reveals are complete make sure your foot is clean jabroni

Do you not even read? I said before you went postal, they I hope they were announced in the last reveal (which they both were today), if they weren't they were sure to be DLC. You said they won't be DLC. You also said they could be part of the NXT edition. That alone would make them DLC since you have to DOWNLOAD the extra wrestlers via the voucher.

You saying putting someone on a box and not including them is false advertising and no one would/could do that? I know many things that have listed things to be included in something, and when it comes out the item was not included, not ever released, even thought it was advertised. So yeah, a company CAN do it. Is it right? No. A company has a right to market something and then pull it without explaining anything to anyone.

First I was right and everybody on the NXT box has been revealed to the shock of what should have been nobody. There is a reason big gaming sites were reporting about them being in the game when the NXT Edition was revealed long before the roster reveals. But go on keep trying to argue that there was any chance they handpicked very specific wrestlers that they would potentially not include from the start. Again you are saying the equivelant of there being a chance Brock wouldn't be in. The NXT Edition box serves as an alternate cover art for the game. Go find me a single WWE game that had a wrestler on the cover not in the game from day one.

Second I never said anything even slightly close to suggesting they would be exclusive to the NXT edition. I said they were on the box of the NXT edition meaning there was no chance they were not in the main roster since it was known they were not in the NXT DLC. The irony of you asking if I even read when you are the one that keeps making claims I never posted is priceless.

Third saying you hoped they would be in the game doesn't change that you very specifically said in your first post you had a feeling Asuka would be DLC. My first reply to you was simply pointing out you didn't need to worry about her being DLC and then for no apparent reason you decided to start arguing with me and ignoring common sense.

Sure if a Benoit or Hogan type incident happened that the WWE wanted a wrestler erased from memory plans and a new box could have happened. Like Patty Kane on the NHL 16 cover with his rape allegations last year (Even then he was still in the game and just removed from the cover). But that wasn't the case now was it? And sure games will feature flashy artwork depicting moments not in a game but they will still feature the characters etc. Hand picked portraits of wrestlers on an intentionally designed box also is obviously not an error along the lines of a game listing the wrong required HDD space needed, a Blu-ray listing the wrong audio formats etc. The box was clearly designed with intent and honestly I doubt you even bothered to look at the box design before you even started to argue with what I was pointing out.

So next time somebody tries to help you out by pointing out something to tell you not to worry about something try to handle it appropriately instead of starting to argue with them?

Anyway, I am sure others don't appreciate this silly little argument. What I said would be the case is the case and you got what you hoped for. So in the end who cares? All NXT fans should be happy with a nice large NXT roster and what seemed to be their main focus of roster additions this year.

I don't know if I should be happy or sad that when you head backstage they walk through the entrance area. Happy because it is a nice little detail but sad because with entrances they still insist on wrestlers appearing out of nowhere in the middle of the stage instead of walking out from the back. Wrestlemania 21 on the original Xbox even managed to do that right. Little details like that would be so easy for them to fix
