I picked this up at Giant Tiger today for $6.99. It was released here in Canada by VVS Films. I haven't played the disc yet, but the back lists the extras as:

In case anyone has been waiting for a ~$10 price on this like I have, Walmart currently has it for $11.26 when you select free in-store pick-up.
