You have a link to it? I did a google search and the whysoblu is the only one that came up on page 1 for a review for me. AVS Forums seem to bury theirs.

If you preorder this from Best Buy, it comes with a UHD digital copy code that can be redeemed at FandangoNOW(and ports over to VUDU). I'm guessing this is a promotion they're doing with Universal since the other title that includes a UHD code is Jason Bourne.

I called yesterday and got my code an hour later. According the terms and conditions they aren't suppose to apply it to previous orders. I had The Secret Life of Pets 4K preorder for $15 as part of the buy 1 get 1 half off otherwise I would of cancelled and replaced the order.

Reading that the Atmos mix is of the ho-hum variety (given the nature of the film you would think it should have been a dazzler), I think I'll rent the film first before jumping into a purchase. Never saw it at the theater.

Your mileage may vary on this. The Buy 1, Get 1 Half Off promo preceded the code being offered, plus it didn't include that Max plush doll either.

I liked this movie Will definitely purchase it in 4k. Fun and relaxing might take 30 minutes to get the story rolling and introduce all the characters but after that's done its a fun ride!

the bluray.com review is out for the 4k version and they aint impressed with the transfer saying its barely better than the 1080p version!

I'm not sure how the 4K Blu-ray presentation is, but I just watched the Dolby Vision version on Vudu. I pre-ordered the movie and it came with a UHD redemption.

I found this to be a stellar presentation. The wide color gamut was on display and I noticed quite the uptick in texture. The DV-HDR really helped the sewer scenes. The fur on Duke was quite remarkable. Here's hoping this isn't a botched 4k blu-ray release but I didn't notice a flaw on the Dolby Vision Vudu version.
