I completely agree with this. Just a shame I own some of their other attempts at lentis.

Less than 300 remaining... I pre-ordered just incase. I have the original zavvi but I prefer this artwork... I hope the lenticular doesn't spoil it.

Well, it is sold out now. It'll be back at least once before the release date, I assume, but that was a pretty quick initial sellout. I'm happy about getting a pre-order in, though the price doesn't make me especially happy.

anyone else get an e-mail from Zavvi stating the release has been delayed?

e-mail reads:

"I am sorry to inform you that there has been a delay with the manufacturing of The Lion King 3D - Zavvi Exclusive Lenticular Edition Steelbook which has caused the release date to be pushed back. At this time we do not have a definitive date for release, however as soon as we do you will be informed.

I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If there is anything else that we can do then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help."

Ahh no! I cancelled this because money is really tight at the moment, I would've had a little bit longer to come up with it somehow!

Yup, me too.....can't say i'm too impressed with Zavvi these days....first they wouldn't cancel my "Incredible Hulk" order (tried cancelling 10 minutes after i placed the order, realized the region would be a problem for me)

Now this....

Looks like that got bumped up a few days to Dec 23. I submitted that date update for the DB entry.
