It looks cheap without a slip and it can be annoying knowing it should have one.

Watched it this afternoon. I thought it was a beautiful film, Michael Shannon was amazing.

Yeah, for me it's the fact that it SHOULD have one. If no copies had it, I wouldn't be that bothered.

I effin' loved his performance as Kim Fowley in The Runaways. He tends to go for stoic roles, but he really cuts loose in that flick!

They're not always so generous. I pointed out to them it was like the fifth time a Universal release had come without a slip. The last time for me was with The Witch. They also said I wasn't the only person to complain about Nocturnal Animals.

Isn't The Witch a Sainsbury's exclusive?

Fair enough I guess. Like I said, each to their own. To be honest I often throw my slipcovers away lol, if their too loose the bluray can fall out & potentially be damaged, and if their too tight it can be a pain in the arse getting it out. I can see the fascination with steelbooks, just not slipcovers.

Worth a blind buy at a fiver?
Seems a "Marmite" type of film reading some of the reviews but that price is hard to beat.

I've used that offer in the past but picked it up there for a fiver saving me adding other items to get free postage on amazon.

Is the PT subtitle hard or soft? I'm tempted to buy this, but I'm afraid the subtitle is hard.
I watched a few films with European Portuguese subtitles (i'm brazilian) and some of them were easy to understand but others I was like ''what the hell does this mean?''

Got this today for a great price and it came with a slip. Just finished watching it.

What an incredible movie. It really blew me away. The beauty, rough and sadness combined. Amazing!

I also loved how stylish this movie was. Some shots coulda make a fine a** commercial. You can clearly tell a designer made this movie. Tom Ford is really a great director.

And AA, JG & MS never disappoint. Three great actors.
