How do I unlink and relink? Where do I go to find this set up?

I am concerned that if I unlink something might go wrong and I won't be able to relink and everything will be lost.

You need to know your UV account login, the actual login on My UV website.
https://www.myuv.com

Then logged into vudu go to name and click on ultraviolet and click unlink your account. and then just log back in. it will refresh your vudu uv link and should fix your titles.




unlinking doesn't delete titles, you just need to make sure you know your login for my uv and vudu obviously to make sure. You can reset you my uv password if your forgot it.

Still missing about 400 titles...tried unlinking and re-linking but that didn't solve anything

I had to logout and then login again into Vudu to see all the titles.

Yeah I tried that but still no luck. I submitted a ticket on MyUV.

I try to do all my Redeem through Vudu, and only go through other Sites when I can't go through Vudu directly. When I do Redeem at other Sites, I ask for the Movie to go into my Vudu Collection. I use to belong to Flixster, but I did start off with the UltraViolet Server.

I am still having issues with this too. Am missing almost 200 movies on Vudu.
I have unlinked/relinked many times and it doesn't help.

I have everything back on VUDU, but all my purchases before the last year or so still aren't showing up in my UV library on their website, and a bunch of Flixster redemptions went from HDX to SD when they returned on VUDU. Certainly better than it was before, but hope UV is still working on fixing things.

All my titles came back into my movies on vudu, but when I try and watch on that someone else added, I only can for 5 minutes then this message pops up, "Ultraviolet account required. Unable to start playback. Please try again later, or contact Vudu customer care for help."

UVVU is still borked. Flixster is missing things and UVVU still has only a couple episodes of each TV season listed.

I unlinked my Flixster account from UV. Relinking went fine, except my collection will only show titles I redeemed on Flixster. That may be intentional. Warner might be focusing on Warner now, i.e. WB Movies All Access. That would still satisfy their international customers.

Make sure you log out and log back in to MyUV. It hasn't been showing me any updates to my library unless I log out.

I noticed the same hing with Flixster. I can't wait for them to completely transfer over, it was pretty silly for them to break apart the video playback section from the main Flixster site. Now they don't even offer titles for sale/rent at this point even though they are owned by Fandango.

I wonder how that Warner thingy is going to work after they transition to WB Movies All Access.

Has anyone had success getting all the providers to work? Since the "upgrade" and unlinking and relinking I can see my titles in Vudu (which is the primary concern), but neither Flixster nor Cinemanow work anymore.

With Flixster, since my library was not updating, I unlinked and relinked UV, went OK, but now my library shows no titles at all (with the banner that my library was upgrating indefinitely and 0 titles).

Cinemanow, since the unlink/relink the My Library site just times out and eventually shows page cannot be displayed.

Granted I have a large UV library of over 2,700 titles, and I prefer Vudu as the main provider, but it was helpful to be able to see my libraries in Flixster and Cinemanow to make sure that all my titles were replicating through different providers. As it stands now, Vudu is the only one updating, FandangoNow has been really bat with Updating UV library, Flixster and Cinemanow are all out.

Just checking if anyone has had success with anything other than Vudu, or will it be pretty much the only provider that marginally works with UV.

If I recall, Flixster and CinemaNow have issues with large libraries due to the software (?) they use. I believe there was a thread about it here at one point.

It is a known issue at flixster, and they working to resolve it. While they have mentioned hoping to fix it before the holiday, nothing is promised. Titles redeemed outside of flixster are not correctly appearing in flixster (or at least not appearing if you recenty unlink/relinked UV account).
