What the heck, my order has been cancelled too, but not only the three steelbooks I got as part of the deal, but also the steelbook I bought at their current retail price, the one I originally wanted?? I initially only took an interest in the deal because the film I went to buy was £9.99, and I needed to spend at least £10 to get free shipping...

Actually no, I've just reread the email and its a failed cancellation notice saying they are unable to cancel my order as its processing.

Weird one this.

What's to worry about? They either ship them and you pay, or they don't and you get refunded.

Two of my orders have been cancelled and the third (and last) is still processing. "Alice" has just been dispatched so I have hope for the last two items in that order.

Maybe it has something to do with the amount: that order was not exactly £12, but £11.99. I don't know.

So yesterday I asked why my order was cancelled, and today I received the response.

"There was a request for cancellation on your account."

What the heck, do they mean some undefined higher-up ordered the cancellation, or are they trying to pin the cancellation on me?

See my previous post, I got an email saying my request for cancellation had need refused hence my part of my order had shipped.

They've done this to me before, with no further explanation. Seems they don't feel they should justify things like this if it's a clear mis-price.

Also seems like pot luck whether they honour your order or not - as I mentioned before, a few months ago MoC's Shoah set was available for about a tenner, and despite being one of the first to order it, everyone after me had their orders honoured whilst mine was cancelled. I complained of course, but they just shrugged.

Zavvi have been like this for years though, so I can't be that surprised.
