Was this movie even shot in 4K? I know that UHD will look slightly better than regular Blu-ray no matter what. But this whole UHD 4K is misleading. So a lot of the movies are either shot in 2K or something, or shit in 4K but finished in 2K.

@Ihavecandygetnthevan,

Any info on the art for this?

Also, was it suggested to Fox to have Steelbooks for X-Men Origins: Wolverine and The Wolverine?

Also, any rumors of an upcoming Steelbook wave in the US, by any studio?

Definitely getting this one for sure, assuming they don't jack up the price like recent Marvel steelbooks.

EDIT: Looks like it's $21.99 right now. Great price. Probably should pre order soon.

Typical Fox release, just like apocalypse, there's no 3D or 4k included. Why? Just WHY?

Man I can't keep up with this steel, cancelled and reordered again. $21.99 is an awesome price, didn't think I'd ever see a steel priced that low again.

Does anyone know where to find the total print run of these BB steelbooks? I want to get Logan from BB if it's anything like Doctor Strange but I'll wait for a better release if it's like The Force Awakens (in total # produced.)

I don't know specifics, but FOX has always had a plentiful amount of steelbooks, it just comes down to popularity. Deadpool did not last too long despite stock, and my store still has Apocalypse steels.

Plus there is a good chance that FOX will reissue them eventually like Deadpool and Dawn of the Apes.

Same boat. I preordered at $24.99 along with Lego Batman and Resident Evil: TFC after cancelling and reordering those two. Is it really worth $3 to cancel/reorder these three again?

$21.99 is a good price but without final artwork or a 4K disc, I'll hold off for now.

Some have UV only, big releases usually let you choose one or the other.

Them saying Digital Copy makes me want to believe it is iTunes. They usually say ultraviolet digital when it's that. For $22 it doesn't hurt to wait and see
