At least, that was my experience when I saw it in 1995 at age 16. |

I first saw Psycho I think in the early 90's. I was also in my teens. At the time, I didn't know the "connection" between Norman and Mother. I was all but certain Norman wasn't right in the head(the movie is called PSYCHO after all), but at least the ending came as a bit of a surprise. The shower scene was something I knew well in advance though and I can't recall when I first learned about it. It just seems like something I was always aware of.

I've loved most of his movies. Barring "The Happening" Airbender and After Earth.
Yes I loved The Village and Lady in the Water. So naturally this news excites me. Will keep my hopes in check. But I don't want this to be a commercial superhero flick at all. I want him to do what he does best. That is write from his heart. His passion is so evident when you watch the detail he puts into his films. So excited about Glass. |

M Night is one creepy little dude, with an interesting/bizarre kind of vision when it come's to his movie's. For the most part his stuff has been successful, and I'm sure that this new installment will do well also. I will wait until this one come's out on Blu-ray, but from the review's that I have read, I feel that I will enjoy this one.

![]() ![]() I love Unbreakable and Split was a wonderful surprise. The ending reveal was one of the best theater moments ever for me. January 2019 feels so far away. ![]() |

When I hear the music at the end of Split it's like I lost time and consciousness for a while, then I see Dunn. Clever. I mean, I realized Kevin has become a supervillain by then, but never thought about any connection to Unbreakable. When I watch it again it all make sense. Never announcing it as a sequel was a bold move.
Disney owns the characters and music in Unbreakable, I guess Universal has to make legal arrangements to use them. |
