Don't order that much from Zavvi, so that could qualify as a yes.

Zavvi titles tend to come in stock a couple times. Especially if the artwork changes or becomes available elsewhere at a cheaper price. Quite often my Zavvi order gets canceled later on because US might announce it. So it's 95% likely that it will come back in stock at least once when they reload the canceled ones

Good to know, because I missed Ghost in the Shell. Hopefully another chance then, otherwise it will be eBay then.
For me ordering in the US is not that interesting, due to the import fees.
And on top of that, some stores, like Best Buy do not ship internationally.

I live in Germany, but I am Dutch (my wife is German though).
In general I try to avoid German releases

My preference would be to have everything in English.
