Thanks DJR. Hopefully it will do well in sales to create more adventures in this style.

I'm addicted to this game! I've been playing it non-stop since I got it. I quit playing Mass Effect and Fallout 4 for this. I have 70% of the trophies already! I love co-oping and trying to get a better score. Not perfect, but trying to gain marksmanship skills to get better accuracy (that's calculated in your score) and trying to get multiple enemies down before the combo timer runs out.

There is:
Red
Green
Blue
Yellow

Haven't got past yellow, but once I got there!

Has anyone achieved the trophies for scan 50% of the holograms + all of them? I know I scanned at least 20 of them and I somehow have not got the 50% yet. So I'm missing over 20 of them? I feel like there is a glitch...?

I'm oxygen08123 on Farpoint. If you come across me in the co-op, say holla!

There is three different modes:

Campaign:
More of a practice tactic to get better?
Find and scan all the holograms.
(Note: I have scanned at least 20 of them and haven't received the 50% trophy yet, which makes me wonder if there is a glitch. I highly doubt I missed 20 holograms in my play through the first time...)

Co-Op
You have four levels, which I find one to being annoying and there all the same. Enemies aren't random. They pop/show up at the same times, same place. Depending on whom you are with, you try to achieve a better score. Tons of replay value because you challenge yourself to get a better score.

Challenge:
You replay the campaign, for the most part [slightly changed] and like co-op you get combos/points for taking down enemies, but there is a catch. You're timed. You can't just sit in one spot taking down enemies. You have to progress and cross the timer checkpoint to raise your countdown, by 30 seconds to 2 minutes). The Remains Challenge mode is super hard because of all the robots and you can't really just outrun them! I died 10x before actually completing this mission and of course my internet crashed so I lost my 66k score.

I hope Impulse Gear releases DLC's for new co-op levels and maybe adding something so you can raise your defense. It gets hard when you have a ton of robots on you shooting missiles! I've been addicted to co-op and been just getting into the challenge mode. I don't know when, if I ever, put this game down. I hope we get a Farpoint 2 that's longer and has more to it.

Not a perfect game, but it's addicting and a promising start to the VR world!

I had more trouble with the spider ambush "boss" battle. I died like 4x before figuring it out.

The queen spider was hard as well, and I died frequently, but you need to use the grenade launcher. I randomly picked that level without the assault rifle and it was impossible.

I feel like Farpoint would've been better if it had one more boss battle. Like a giant robot at the end. Or a giant alien. Although the intense war ending kind of made up for it.

It's worth it for the Aim controller alone. It's a fun experience. Not much replay value, at least not for me.

I finished it in 3 sessions over 5 days. It's not as long as the excellent Resident Evil.

Really loved the game up until the last holo projection. From then till the horrible ending felt like a chore. Especially when the dumb aim gun decides to not track correctly. By the end I was having to hold the gun at an angle to fire straight.

I solved it last night and thought it was great... Strange, I didn't have tracking problems until the end too.
