I went for the £7.38 option and now have Mildred Pierce and Never Take Sweets from a Stranger on Blu-ray. You can default to the Blu-ray option for all titles.

My list is mainly Indicator, Second Sight, Criterion and Arrow at the moment.

I feel I can't justify buying so many discs these days when I know I'll watch a lot of them just once or twice, so this could be a way to sample more then decide if I want to buy them.

I had a subscription with them for ages before they became more popular and after a couple recent price increase + envelop changes. I cancelled it as there was a lack of 4k titles. Contacted support multiple times but it seems the studios don't want to play ball. WB are very consumer friendly and one of the few cooperating well with CP. Will resume subscription as soon as there are more 4k discs. Nevertheless. It's a great service.

1st two discs posted out to me yesterday arrived today so good start.

Getting my hands on a few spare envelopes may be an issue by the sound of it.

FWIW website requests for extra envelopes have worked for me.

As another LF refugee I find CP to be more respecting of list title prioritisation than LF was, to offer significantly better list management (e.g. I cue up many prospective titles in one list and then selectively transfer them to another for sending), to offer a different selection of titles but to have a worse website (one can't choose to not be shown DVDs, for instance). CP is more expensive but offers a better service, in my experience thus far.

I've been a subscriber since LF bit the dust. So far, I've been delighted with the service.

To find out if the title is available on Blu-ray ... you just have to click Full details? Is there a BD filter?

I must say looking at some of their catalogue, it's impressive. Lots of stuff that's OOP.

When I signed up you can pick your format(s) BD and 3D for me and any disc I have chosen has defaulted to the 3D when available.

Anything else means you will be notified it’s only available on DVD.

I haven’t searched that much yet as I already have about thirty titles in my list but I’d like a heads up in what is oop.

I just watched my first two titles from this website. Happy with the service and choice so far. Unfortunately I wasn't eligible for the free trial as they only offer that for the more expensive packages as I opted for the 4 titles a month option.

It's good you can order your list numerically rather than group it by priority tiers. However we'll see how accurate the disc dispatches are.

Does CP deserve its own thread?

I was going to mention that I requested they try to get hold of the new remastered Threads DVD, so let's see if that happens.

Might as well just rename/merge this one?

My first two were between 5-10 in my list so not bad.

Could you not sign up for the more expensive package and get a free trial, then reduce the package down before your trial ended?

Thinking about signing up for this, popped on and found some pretty obscure titles that I'd like to watch but don't necessarily want to buy on there.

I had a bit of a blip with my account last week. I had a dispatch confirmation email for two titles but the live site only referred to one. The second disc was stuck as 'awaiting allocation' for three days before a title that wasn't in my top 10 was sent instead just now.

yes I had problems with them too, I posted on Tuesday and message them on Friday to ask if there was a problem and within minutes they said the items had arrived.
