The first set of trunks have arrived and will be signed and numbered this week. You expect them to ship very soon...

The next pre-order for trunks will be in November... they will not be signed and numbered.

So far, no plans to release the Arcana disc by itself or the trunk by itself.

Also no plans to release these blu-rays in a box set other than the trunk.

Has anyone gotten a shipping notification yet? I'm really excited to receive this. I sold the individual copies I had, earlier this year, when I found out a complete series set was to be released by the end of the year. I'm ready for a marathon

Nope, and I ordered within the first five minutes. I was hoping it would make it here before the weekend. We'll see...

I've always wanted to see these Puppet Master movies, but I'm not quite sure that I want them bad enough to pay $250 for a big space-consuming trunk. It looks like a great product, though!

Maybe next month...

I hope the new one is okay but after getting the 1st 5 the rest were never to my liking. Cool set though.

Man I want this. No way I'm paying that much for it, but damn I want it. Too bad it only has the "official" movies though.

Looks like the second set of 100 trunks is also signed. Great opportunity for those who didn’t grab it the first time around!

Buy them separately for less than $100. You'll be glad you went that route.

I pulled the trigger on this trunk set, since the individual Blu-rays (especially the fourth movie) total to considerably more than $100 on Amazon, and since this looks like a good way to kill all of the birds with one stone.

I'm glad that I have some extra cash around this month, though.

I watched my Scream Factory Blu-ray of Dolls yesterday, so this decision was sparked by my enthusiasm for that film.

I've never seen any of these movies, but I bought the 88 Films' releases of 1-5 (which I read are the best ones) some time ago for about $45.

Full Moon itself is having a sale starting tomorrow and the 88 Films releases of I-III are superior to the Full Moon discs, region-free & quite cheap.

Either way, I hope you enjoy them. They get progressively worse once you get past the third flick, but they're still fun. (Dolls is great, but better than any of the PM movies.)

The first 5 films are probably the best of the series, more dark than Dolls though which had a playful vibe at times. But PM has better puppetry in the earlier films.

At most you would have been able to get all 11 films for $132 eventually. Full Moon is having a sale starting Wednesday and they usually discount down to $12 (used to be $10 so it could actually be cheaper but they seem to be raising their sale prices based on the last few sales). Newer titles don't get discounted so the 11th film wouldn't have been available for sale but it probably would be when the Memorial Day sale comes around.

Of course going the individual route would mean missing out on the bonus disc, which other than the trunk, is the best thing about this new set. The trunk does make sense for those who don't own any of the films and have the space to store the trunk.

I just ordered 1, 2, 4 and 5 (3 is OOS, but once it returns should be $8, like the others) for $40.10 shipped from Amazon UK.
