They’ve completely removed the scenes of Jack sneaking into Grey’s company and setting off that fire. We only find out about the break-in from Christians assistant interrupting their honeymoon from the theatrical version.

Instead, there is a scenes that establish Elliott and Gia’s friendship before they’re randomly together on Aspen. Kate threatens to kick her ass.

They’ve added about 2-3 more minutes so far of extra honeymoon footage.

They set up Christian not wanting kids during the honeymoon by a French child giving him a rock and Christian just scowling at the Child.

On the way back from the honeymoon, they run into Elena’s ex-husband at the airport who makes a flippant remark to Ana about Christian.

There’s a scene that alludes to Mia and Josè being a thing.

And that’s just in the first 15 minutes.

I just spent the $15 to buy the Theatrical Cut because this version is just weird so far.

Interesting, seems like a vastly different cut of the film. I've only seen the theatrical cuts of the first two (and this one) but got the impression that the extended's didn't differ all that much. I'll be picking this one up to complete the collection and might have to see if this new cut fixes the problems I had with the theatrical version.

Does anyone know for sure if the exclusive bonus content of the Target edition will be on-disc? I have seen that the database entry lists an additional DVD, but that could be just a guess, I suppose.

I did the Vudu disc + digital order (because I want the digibook to match the other two).

Haven't seen the movie yet, but was going to watch it tonight. Sounds like there's some significant differences. Should I wait for the theatrical cut, or is the unrated version an okay place to start in this case?

May just go digital on this one. I did with the first one (it was five dollars from iTunes). It's only 14.99 for a 4k version so that's not too bad.

Do you have a link for th digibook? Can’t seem to find it. I really drop the ball on this one.... Forgot to preorder the target exclusive, and completely forgot there should have been a walmart exclusive like the first two.

Wish this was in 4K. I like the cover on this one. I'm disappointed with the Target not having gifts like the other two versions. Only Walmart seems to be consistent. I know BB had steelbooks but not too hot on those right now.

Ah well. Props to those who got the exclusives before they sold out. Walmart sold out again, unfortunately.

Although the digibook is pretty, I’d go for the 4K! As soon as the movie started that was my first thought. “I should’ve went for the 4K” Bc this is the most beautifully shot fifty shades movie ever and although the blu looks fantastic, an extra “pop” would look even better

P.s. I don’t do steelbooks either unless I have to.

I purposely only purchased the first two films on iTunes in anticipation of purchasing the trilogy in 4K. However, since Universal decided not to release a 4K trilogy I just went with iTunes again, and I really wish I had splurged for the 4k disc. It's a crap movie, but a wonderfully filmed crap movie that would have looked great in 4K...

Do these have a pause bar or progress bar when you pause? If so how intrusive on the picture is it? And does it go away after a few seconds or can you down arrow it, or is it just permanently there?

Just saw the Theatrical Version and have the Unrated and the server room scene is intact in the Unrated. Movie does not change that drastically in its Unrated incarnation. I think there may be an added shot of Jamie Dornan's butt, though, if that's a thing the ladies and gents are into. Hehe.
