Can anyone tell me if the German and French editions have removable subtitles and if the films titles/credits are in English or have they been remade for that particular country?

And are the transfers / bitrate etc identical - or should I be looking to get one over the other?

German edition has removable subtitles but I can't remember what language the onscreen title is in.
