I love Predator, but i do not know if i would get in on this. I really enjoy the look of the Blu Ray 3D on my 4K tv & not sure if i can justify spending $20-$30 on this movie yet again when i am pretty satisfied with the latest release i have.

OMG give this to Sony ASAP DO NOT trust Fox with this at all after their disappointing Die Hard.

There was nothing disappointing about Die Hard. It's the best it has ever looked and it's fantastic.

Barely an upgrade over the BD plus it has too much modern teal and orange for my liking. Grain isn't as good as we've seen from Sony.

Die Hard hit $20 in time for release.

Just give me a release that's worth paying for. I don't want a low effort throwaway that makes me end up importing something better.

Die Hard is a faithful representation of the source and will never look better than it does on the 4K. The movie will never look ‘pristine’. But color correction, better grain preservation, some better detail, good use of HDR...

It could look better but it won't because Fox won't lend it to Sony and any one of their 4ks kill Die Hard. There is lots of orange and some teal pops up too not exactly lifelike colors.

Um what so I can't have an opinion now? Never said the UHD was bad but it could be better and compared to Sony stuff not that big of an upgrade over the BD. Far from the only one that thinks this.

I'll concede and say that Sony does some good UHD presentations, but they are not the only ones out there that do good presentations. And they are certainly NOT the be all end all when it comes to UHD presentations.

So you're going to compare everything to Sony ? Might as well give up buying UHDs now then.

All the Sony 4ks I own are flawless. If Sony can keep doing flawless 4ks and have set the standard then the others have to step up to the plate. If they are not the be all end all then I don't know who is.

When a benchmark has been set then the others need to step up. Not going to reward those who put out a product that could look better.
