I really hope Disney gets this “Multi-screen Edition” crap out of their system soon.

Does anyone know if Best Buy will have a regular Blu-Ray (or Blu-Ray/DVD combo) of the Steelbook instead of just the 4k combo pack? I don't have 4k, so if it's possible to get the Steelbook and save a couple bucks by not getting 4k, that would be great.

I was hoping that Disney would announce plans to release The Force Awakens and Rogue One on 4K UHD day and date with Solo.

They're releasing the first two Avengers films on 4K UHD with Avengers Infinity War. I don't see why they can't do the same for Star Wars...

I'm surprised no one at Disney has figure out by now that those Multi-Screen Edition cover are terrible.

It doesn't look like the deleted scenes will be any.of the Lord and Miller material, such as Michael Williams' performance as Dryden Vos.

Id say no. It looks like with Disney and Star Wars its only going to be 1 steelbook which is 4k 2d and digital.

That's what I figured. Anything to excuse charging a few bucks extra, I guess. I'm still annoyed that Disney and Amazon can't get their stuff sorted so I can just get releases there like the rest of the stuff I buy.

It probably has something to do with the SKU now has an official release date, maybe they are updating something? I did notice BB re-authorized my card for the pre-order today.

I don’t expect that to change at least until they start up their streaming service next year. By then their focus will probably be more on that anyways.

Eh, I thought it was fine enough. Not great, not terrible - just a fun adventure romp. Not every movie has shake the pillars of heaven, after all.

I'll buy it. I buy all Star Wars movies. Even the Caravan of Courage.

Am I looking at all the release covers correct none of the releases include a dvd? Only reason I ask is I usually go with a blu ray / dvd combo and then gift or sale off my DVD to my mom. If not may have to get her to upgrade to a blu ray player at least.

I'll share the same sentiments from the other page.... with this whole Walmart "Blu-ray only" exclusive nonsense that's been happening since Black Panther, I'm even more disappointed Walmart dropped the slipcover exclusives for their Star Wars movies.

Because those were pretty neat and I wish they continued them with The Last Jedi and even more so with Solo. Could have done a BB-9E for TLJ and L3-37 for Solo to match the whole robot theme they had going.

Those WalMart slipcovers were great.

Is BestBuy only getting a 4K Steelbook, or a standard blu-ray steelbook too? I'd hate for Solo to be me only one without a proper steelbook.
