Literally just brown (1-layer)cardboard envelopes with rectangular ridges, the same kind Amazon use for single CD/DVD/BDs (in the UK at least). There has to be a better way! Having said that, it could be even worse, I received something else in a plastic/mylar bag today... (not from Zavvi). |

The worse thing about this is Zavvi are notoriously bad for refunds. They will more likely offer a minor discount than a refund. It could be bent in half and they’ll offer £2 back.

No email here either, but my order is marked shipped in teh Account history. I'd say 50/50 on ever getting a dispatch email from them, but the CC charge and Order seems to be pretty accurate though the order doesn't indicate the shipment date.

I didn't get a dispatch email but I received one of the copies I preordered today. I had preordered two copies, one for my brother, and one for me. However when I got charged I only had money available in my account for one copy and received an email from Zavvi that I had to submit a new payment method because of that. I had funds the following day so I just submitted my old information and was charged for the second copy.

I actually contacted them yesterday because I was still stuck in processing and "awaiting stock" even though the site says ships in 24 hours. They said there was some issue with the order, apologized, and said they would try to get it shipped out soon. We'll see. Should've just ordered it on release, apparently. That's what I get for preordering early...

I contacted them just now and got this:
"I am sorry to hear that your order has not been despatched. I have escalated this to our operations team to investigate and we will get this order pushed out to you ASAP" Its lame that I preordered on 7/22 and still hasn't shipped where if I ordered today it would "ship within 24 hours". I guess I wont preorder anymore as most of the time if something goes out of stock it comes back anyway. |

I was charged for this on 9/5. And still no dispatch email even after contacting CS yesterday. Ugh. I should cancel my order and reorder it, it would be faster except getting a refund for the first order would probably be a huge pain.
