Artwork looks good to me, just wish it was 4K (and at that price, it really should be).

I was thinking the same thing, I've never seen a 4K steelbook before. Obviously doesn't mean there's no such thing though.

I was actually talking about this steelbook. When the thread was first created, it was said to be a 4K steelbook. I'm still going to pick it up regardless.

Considering the 4K recently was $17 (or even $20) and FYE is charging $32 for the regular blu-ray that contains who knows what copy. No thanks.

Halloween is one of my all time favorite horror movie and franchise. With 2 and Season of the Witch getting SteelBook treatment I was over the moon when I saw this thread. Then I found out it's 32.99? Give me a break! In good consciousness I cannot purchase this movie for over $30. Let alone for $20. That completely blows.

Damn. I actually love that artwork and I have the 35th anniversary digibook with it. Would have loved to grab the 4K edition with this steelbook packaging but oh well. Still undecided if I want to buy the 4K release of it.

Dissapointing its not a 4K steelbook. The cover is alright but like many have said I wish they would have ditched the 35th anniversary cover and went with something more original or at least used the classic 78' poster for the cover.

Reanimator was like $35 when it was released, now it can easily be found in-store for $20. Might pick this up if it gets that low.

Their prices in store are always less than online. I'd say this steel in store on release day will be 24.99 or less.

I'm torn on this one. I've been dying to get a Halloween Steelbook for a while. I love John Carpenter movies from the 80s and this is one of his best. Although I thought this was a no brainer, with the new sequil coming out I feel like there will be a better version released in the US within months of buying this one. I'm not crazy about the cover art. I wish they went with the style of the Steelbooks they did for The Fog, and They Live that were released recently. I love those.
