Boo... Jesse was so annoying and a huge reason Walter kept getting screwed over. His horrible selfish wife was the other reason. BB was great but I really don't think Jesse is a great enough character to hold a show.

If you want to actually hear what Cranston had to say:

He said it follows up on some unfinished storylines for a couple of characters. I would imagine that we will see what ended up happening to Skyler and Walt Jr, as well as Jesse. He also said that he hasn't been given or read the script yet.

I really hope they bring back Walt somehow. Now that we know the film will be about mostly Jesse, I hope it ends with Jesse getting arrested at the end and when he walks into the prison he sees Walt.

We'll see him, Vince knows that would be a big bonus to the fans. But most likely in flashbacks methinks.

Interesting. I hated his family absolute tools and selfish aholes! I'd love to see Walt back but you know it should be left alone. It was a great show let it be.

Jesse's family are selfish a holes? They were probably right to cut contact with a 30 year old meth addict in constant danger with a son around in Jr high. Who knows how many years of jesse's bs they had to endure. I didn't get the sense that they were selfish but just fed up.

Given how this and the Walking Dead are confirmed to be in the same universe (the blue meth was seen in Merle’s drug stash), maybe they’ll use this to connect the shows?

Disappointed to see that this film will focus on Jesse. I know many will disagree, but to me Aaron Paul has never been a great actor. Always the same mannerisms, basically just playing himself. I only tolerated him in BB because Cranston was the lead, but now I'm not so sure. He lacks the on-screen charisma of Cranston and Odenkirk. What noteworthy has he done before and after BB? Not much. I think he's better in a supportive role. That being said, if there's anyone who can at least try to make this any good, it's Gilligan.
