It's interesting seeing the shift in tone for Captain America. For the First Avenger, his American patriot identity is front and center! After the events of HYDRA he loses all his illusions and he puts truth and the world first.

The US flag on the cover is certainly appropriate for the first movie but I highly doubt it would be placed on any other Marvel movie. Except maybe Captain Marvel. Agent Carter would be an odd case to decide here.

I hear ya. I'm not one that double dips that often but to have the entire MCU in SteelBook is my goal.
Heck, I haven't even re bought Iron Man yet. I still have the ultimate 2 disc dvd that I watch. Really hope that movie will get the SteelBook treatment soon.

I passed on every steelbook since I started collecting and settled for each release with slipcovers. I'm pretty excited to have the chance to get the entire line in steelbook form.

The standard 4K isn't even on Best Buy's website yet, I'd give it another couple of days before we start to panic.

That was a while ago, and that was a non-US company that held the rights in Canada, they made a deal with Mondo and apparently Lionsgate nor Sony were not interested enough to join in for a full North America release.

One thing to keep in mind for Buena Vista, is that for some darn reason they like to have a dual release, two Steelbooks on the same day, now so far the Mary poppins Steelbooks is by itself, I am thinking there is going to be another Buena Vista title released on the same day ( they might change the date of the captain America 4k to that same date) or they will release another marvel 4k steelbook, and it most likely be iron man 4k on the same date as the captain America steel.
