Sadly can’t happen. In Japan, pretty much all TV anime are still in stereo, and only films and OVAs are in 5.1, so it’s pretty much impossible. Only anime with overheard like that is the UHD of Mary and the Witch’s Flower- that has a DTS:X mix, as well as Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence.

They will do a pre-authorization charge that will fall off, then charge it when the item ships.

I wouldn't be surprised, I thought April was a bit soon for it to be released. I was expecting it'd be after the next Super set, somewhere around May or June.

I've gotta wonder, Vic is talking about going through lawsuits and whatnot to defend his career, but what is the point? These companies aren't going to want to work with him anymore regardless. It's 2019, this will not be swept under the rug that easily. If Vic returns to Funimation then you can bet that there will be walkouts, protests, etc. Conventions still aren't going to want him around. Even before this went public he was strongly disliked and conventions/studios have the right to turn him away.

He has to put up a strong front for his cult. It's literally all he has left - even his church might distance themselves from him as he's been their face and voice for a while. He has to look apologetic and he has to deny all allegations at the same time to try to come off as the "better man."

But considering the amount of evidence - and the fact that it stretches back two decades, that's not gonna happen. Truth be told, I also had a horrible experience with him maybe about 8 years back. While I can't speak of any sexual encounters, I can at least confirm he's a very, very shitty human being. Ultimately though, to me, he's just another voice. When I hear Broly speak, I hear Broly speak, not Vic. All the same, the less of him, the better.

But I digress and apologize. I didn't want to turn this into another conversation about him. Just stating the popular rumor at the moment.

I hope they don't delay, alter, or delete anything relating to Vic. I can understand if they don't want to work with him again in the future, but changing anything that's already done is disturbingly revisionist. When I buy this Blu-ray, I want the film I saw in theaters. Nothing different, nothing less.

Why do they feel the need to make another movie? We already have 3 films about Broly aside from this new one. In my opinion that's enough. The guy is getting WAY too much attention. Even more than Cooler, or even Frieza.

Every movie before battle of the gods was just a random filler written by a different person than dragon balls creator and nothing that happened in them had any affect or mention in the actual story of dragon ball.

But the last 3 movies, Battle of gods, Revival of F, & Broly were all written by DBs creator akira toriyama, ontop of that they were incorporated into the actual story of the show and set up future plot for dragon ball super.

So basically this is the one true broly as far the official storyline goes and imo the best of his movies. A character like him deserves a place in the official DB story and this is that happening.

Supers been announced it'll continue so odds are this movie is also gonna get incorporated into the show.

Actually, I am. And I *gasp* think the original versions should be preserved and available. Just like Broly shouldn't be altered just because one of the VAs was (allegedly) a bad boy.

its pretty common for a new steelbook to get a placeholder art upon being announced. For example dumbo just got announced last night and doesnt have an actual steelbook picture.
