Pre-Ordered Full lenti from Yesasia. Might be paying a bit high but better than chasing in ebay for double the price.

^^ For all forthcoming releases, I have a simple sticky note on the bottom bezel of my computer monitor, with title, site, date and time.

Yeah, not too many releases get me paranoid on me missing the pre-order, but I decided to just preorder from YA as well just because I know enough people off of this forum who would pick this up pretty much immediately.

I think that's smart move. I know from here and other forums a lot of people waiting for bluray release since many years. I wonder if YA will also get its allocation from same rumored 1000 copies or how it works. Just hoping they don't cancel on me for lack of stock.

I wonder if this will be region free, or region A locked.
Plus it's listed as Director's cut. I wonder if it will include the regular cut as well.

EDIT: Grabbed a Lenti from YesAsia too.
I would really love a steelbook release for this one. I was able to get myself the original Korean Limited Edition (DVD) just recently for a really fair price. DigiPack and includes the soundtrack too.
Would love to get my hands on that Taiwan time egg edition, but I have never seen it on ebay.

The one they only made 2003 copies of? I've got that, too - as well as the original Korean set and HK edition. I missed out on the egg, too - and have never seen it for sale. Probably just as well... I've gotta wonder what I would do with it if I DID have it.

Well, **** it, ordered the lenticular. Don't really give a crap about the packaging but I can't say I'm 100% confident that I will have another chance to own the Director's Cut in HD anytime soon (and I would expect any western release to be of the Theatrical Cut). As someone who still has the old LE Director's Cut DVD with bleedin' SDH Eng subtitles, how many years was that the only way to own that cut of the film with Eng subs? Yeah, didn't wanna risk history repeating itself.
