First it's canceled and second season 2 only gets a dvd. Screw the History channel.

The Six got a complete series set 6 months after the S2 DVD was released :

Hopefully Lionsgate does the same here (not that I want to rebuy S1, but will if it's the only way to get S2 on BD).

More than likely Lionsgate is determining what gets a Blu-ray or DVD only release for the History Channel. They're pretty bad at only releasing most of their own films to DVD only.

Was hoping for a season 2 release down under but looks like that not going to happen there either.

JB shows season 2 DVD but also no BD

That sucks it was canned. I just watched season 1 on Peacock, and I totally enjoyed it. The cast is fantastic. Great show all around, what a shame we won't even get a bluray release of season 2...

I've been tempted to pull the trigger on the DVD of season 2, against my "no more DVDs" stance!! If the quality is very good, then I may have to since I really like the show!!

...yeah , its a similar situation with Poltergeist : the Legacy , a very good TV drama series made between 1996 and 1999 concerning the paranormal , which is also only available on dvd and which has never made it to blu-ray...if one wants physical media sometimes dvd is the only option...

in the case of Project Blue Book there was also an australian dvd edition with three discs , but i think the US is preferable because the australian edition would have PAL speed-up...since this show never aired in the european country i live in , its the only way to watch season two..

I’m heavy into digital but still prefer the physical media for my TV Series. I was checking the thread in hopes that S2 was released on blu at some point. It’s on sale at Vudu for $9.99 for HDX so I guess I’ll give in and get the digital to go with my S1 that came with the US blu.

For anyone interested… I bought this yesterday through Amazon, and it showed up with a Slip and the digital code still worked.
