Love the new artwork. My first thought was that it looked silly but then realized it was a nice companion to King's original novel cover and the recent Blu.

Obviously this stuff is all subjective but I laughed when I saw the cover. It looks like they paid some one to do the illustration at the bottom and then just slapped a background on it with photoshop stamps and bad layering. I also don't think the original poster font works well with this artwork. That's just my personal thoughts on it though.

I'll give you that. The font used in the credits for the film would work better with this image.

Don’t think it’s that bad. Matches up with the first movies recent art actually. I guess though it makes the movie look like a werewolf movie

Even if they'd made it look like a dog my opinion could be changed. That doesn't look like a dog.

It actually reminded me more of Hermione when she accidently turned herself into a cat person than it does a dog

I can’t wait. I enjoyed seeing this movie in the theater.

I’m a big fan of The Jesus and Mary Chain, so I love that “Reverence” is featured in the film.

I’m going to flip the cover over to the reversible original art, as I do with all of my Scream Collector’s Editions.

I dig the Lulabox track ‘Ride On’ during the tail end of the credits. This movie has a great soundtrack. There’s an LP coming out soon from Terror Vision Records of all the composed music as well as the ‘Fading Away’ track by Jan King.

I enjoy the new artwork, and agree it is a nice riff on the original King cover.
I don’t get why so much instant hate on a lot of the new artwork of recent scream titles, I don’t think most will ever really be satisfied by anything but the original art, so if you don’t like it just flip it! Why waste the energy ranting on about it.
