Funny stop-motion film for small sci-fi fans
This one is more aimed at children IMHO, but it's cute and funny, with lots of references to sci-fi classics.
Some of the songs were terrible IMHO, but that's just me.
PQ: 4.5/5 Details in this Dolby Vision presentation are excellent throughout, and colours are bold, yet natural. contrast is perfectly dialed in too, Blacks don't crush, and white don't bloom. The only thing I noticed were some of the darker blue shots had some weird noise.
I wasn't bothered by any compression artifacts, or banding, so although I haven't compared it to the BD, it's fantastic.

AQ: 4.5/5 Nothing to complain about there. Nice surround activity, and dynamics. Some LFE as well. The grunts and other sounds are clear. LOL And the music, which was often pretty awful, was presented flawlessly too.

I did laugh a lot, but the song selection was slightly annoying to me, but I am a picky musician, so it may not bother anyone else.

This disc is quite simply fooked when played in DV on the 820. No such issues when played in DV on the OPPO.

I think the 820 is a great player but jeez it seems to have these problems more than any other player.

I guess you never experienced constant freezing like my X700 and X800 (much better but still freezes more often than I’m okay with)
