My dad was watching Netflix and the sound just stop haha. (but when i went to the onkyo setting that i can change the Chnnel Level setting on the onkyo, you know, where i can change the DB, i had sound haha)

Happend before, and i just trun it off and on again (the onkyo and the TV) and work. Yesterday that didn't work. Today also that didn't work.

This monday i put a new streamer from a company here, i saw today that the internet cable was a little out, i put back in and the sound started working again, untill now still works.

Can that be the problem?? (i don't know what to think anymore haha)
The issue is with just your TV's streaming App's? if it is, when the sound goes out turn off the Onkyo and see if you're getting audio through the TV. That way you know it's the App and not the Onkyo.

The problem was with everything haha (now i have the BR player, the VCR and laserdisc player and the streamer connected to the Onkyo)
I use also the netflix that came with the TV and i downloaded the Plex on the TV to.

When the sound stop working from the onkyo, i change the setting to Internal TV Speakers and works (was on ARC channel).

But is working from this morning without problem (for now)

Hi men, a little update for you.

Yesterday happend the same thing, the sound just stop.

A few minutes ago, i went to check, didn't work, and i rememberd that the last time it happend, when i trun on the streame, the sound started to go out from the Onkyo, so i did the same, and started to work again...

Can you think in a reason why is this happen??

Hello guys.
i have a litle problem (i will put the messeges with the seller)

Me:
Hi dude, i have problems with the remote control.
The last time you told me to turn off the CEC and work, but now, i don't usse it very offten, but yesterday, i trune it on (with the remote) and that's it, i needed to take the player off from the electricity and only then started to work, today the same.
I change the batery and the CEC is still off, what can be the problem?
Can you help me?
Thanks

Him:
Does it work from the buttons on the player?

Me:
Yep, before i take it off from the electricity, i can turn it on and off from the player bottons and open the try.
But fomr the remote, only turn it on and off.
AFTER u take it off from the electicity, strated to work like suppouse to from the remote.

Him:
Sounds like HDMI control. You should disconnect all devices from your TV apart from the player, disable HDMI control in both the TV and the player.

Me:
How do i do that?
The player is connected to a Reciber, the sound go from there, i need thatit will be conected to the reciber haha

He didn't answer me yet.
What i suppouse to do?
I don't understand :-(

Can you help me?

I'm not sure if I fully understand the issue:

-You're trying to use the Onkyo's remote to operate your BD player?
-The On/Off function works with that remote to turn the player on/off, but other buttons do not?
-The players remote still functions?

I think the message is asking you to isolate the components, by unplugging everything to one needed device, turning of CEC shouldn't affect playback (I don't think it's fully supported with the Onkyo anyway). I'd go further and unplug all your HDMI leads and power everything off for 5-10 minutes, then re-attach your player and AVR.

1) No.

2) Yes, the on/off bottom work, but the rest not, when i disconect the BR Player from the electricity, all start to work (on off and play and stuff)
3) like y wrote in "2"

No no, the BR Player remote is the one with the problem, hwne i try to use the BR Player, the Onyko remote i use only for the onkyo haha.
And ok, i will try to disconect evetrithing for 15/20 minutes and put it back again and see.
The only remote that i have problems, is the BR Player remote, the rest are fine.

So if I'm understanding correctly, after you turn everything back on, the BD player's remote works, but only for a short time (then only on/off works)?

Can you remove the player from the room and try and see if it works (you could try the tray open/close) after a while.

It sounds like something might be interfering with the remote.

Again, sorry, maeby i don't tell things rgith haha

All is connected.
PC, BR Player, VCR, Laserdisc, Strimer, and an Digital Antena converter
See this picture:

Now, from DAY 1, the 4K BR Player, make me problems, so the guy from eBay told me to:
Hi, The problem you are experiencing is usually caused by HDMI control, normally from another device interrupting the operation of the player, the instructions below explain how to disable HDMI control on the DP-UB450, which will then allow the player to work normally.
To disable HDMI control on the player please follow the instructions below.
For DP-UB9000, DP-UB820, DP-UB450, DP-UB150
2) Press Right and Select Setup, press OK
3) Select Player Settings, press OK
4) Press down to select System and press OK
5) Press down to TV settings
6) Press right key once
7) Select TV settings
8) Select HDMI CEC, press OK and switch to OFF
Kind Regards
DB

After i did this, worked like a champ haha

Yesterday, i wen to use the 4K Player, and with the 4K BR Player remote, i only could Turn it on and off, nothing else, when i take it off from the electricity and put back in, work again like a champ.
Today the same, i needed to take it off and put it back.

So the guy from eBay told me to do what i wrote before:

Me:

The problem is that i don't understand how to do what is in RED "disable HDMI from TV and Player" :-(

Hope that now is more clear to understand the problem.

And about your question, "Can you remove the player from the room and try and see if it works (you could try the tray open/close) after a while"

Yes, i can try, but latter, not now :-(, is been use now.

You've bolded how to disable CEC with your player, to disable the settings for the TV, go to Connection (it's below Programmes) > Device Connection Settings, and disable the SIMPLINK (HDMI - CEC) features to see if that helps. Not sure if that will influence ARC.

This rigth?

If i trun it off, the ARC doesn't work :-(, or in the "SOUND" part on that menu in the picture i see "TV Speakers" :-(
I trun it back on the CEC in the 4K BR Player, let's see what happend next time now.

I need to do something else so the CEC work correctly?

I think you can turn off CEC and still have audio coming from your TV, there should be two options under the HDMI/Optical sound output option, but I'll have to double check.

If you weren't having any issues before with it working, I'd try unplugging things and turning CEC on again to see if you have any success.
