I like the interior but not the front. Any idea what the back is gonna look like?

I honestly still can't decide weather I like it or hate it. I'll most likely grab the SB though, just because the art on the standard release is ugly as hell.

Looks better without the J-card but the art is still derivative and doesn't feel connected to the film. At least the admittedly weak slip art pairs nicely with the Shining UHD slip.

Of course mine came in a bubble mailer, totally destroyed. Looks like it was run over by a truck. And of course it's sold out so I can't exchange it.

I feel the opposite. Feels really connected to the film to me. Steelbooks bring out lots of opinions. Not being rude at all. I respect your take. When the Steelbook is fully opened and I look at it. I said “Yeah man”

Should be in store tomorrow morning. I’d head over for an exchange. I hate Amazon, and Best Buy’s shipping man. My 2 favorite retailers and they both can’t figure this game out.

I was up at 12:30am last night and my local store had 2 available. I honestly think they aren't stocking very many , it was the same story with Hocus pocus and goodfellas. But this might also be more popular also if they get a couple people doing onsite pick up and that's the whole inventory. Seems like a lot of people don't like shipping steelbooks whenever possible.

I had the same thought but every other store out of area has them stocked.
