This is solo steel thread not last jedi, i enjoyed solo even with fake solo. I was responding to another poster who said this wont sell out but i said it would faster then tlj. Then i admittedly got carried away talking about tlj. Its ok not everyone has to love tlj, i do like tfa though and most all of the other star wars movies outside of atoc. I can even enjoy tlj as some sort of esleworlds tale, its a well made movie but as a huge luke fan i was not down with seeing him like that. Its all personal taste, i know some han fans that hate tfa cause they dont like how it portrayed him. If luke (And no ghost yoda using force lightning to nuke trees) wasnt in tlj at all, i would have been able to enjoy the movie more. Tlj Also holds the honor of being the only movie in the skywalker saga to not feature a lightsaber duel, not a single blade clashes the entire runtime. The red guards are the closest we got to a “duel” but they weren”t wielding sabers. I have no problems however with people who like tlj to each their own, i just find that the majority of luke fans do not like it very much or even those that like seeing lightsaber duels (PT Fans) in their star wars movies
