CandT, I posted a reply to your post about the interactive Midsomer Murders book on the previous page of this thread (a few weeks ago, it was a belated reply yes, but in a way that was good as I found out about a second interactive Midsomer Murders book coming out), followed by a subsequent post nearly two weeks ago about Series 23 resuming on ITV1 tonight (with the second episode "The Debt of Lies"). We'll be getting the next new episode ("A Grain of Truth") a week today (Tuesday 23rd July) at 8 pm - 10 pm.

We've waited ages for new episodes then get two new ones. Better than nothing.

Found out earlier today (from the "Midsomer Murders" Facebook fan page) that the last episode of Series Twenty-Three of Midsomer Murders, "Dressed to Kill", will be premiering on ITV1 a week on Sunday (10th November) at 8 pm.

I hate ITV when the put midsomer murders on and one or two episode later they take it off to put something else on then months later another episode or two then when its the last episode in the series it takes years for a new series and it the same old thing why don't the just axe it.

Have read on the "Midsomer Murders" Facebook fan page earlier today, that Series 25 of the show will start filming next year. Very happy, as this show has been in a state of limbo (like with Shakespeare & Hathaway but not as long).

I just can't get along with Neil Dudgeon as the detective. I like him in other stuff, but it has to be John Nettles for me, 13 seasons, but only the last one is HD, they should really get around to remastering the first 12 season, they do look great for SD, but good looking HD versions would give them a new lease of life.

An update was posted on the official Midsomer Murders Facebook page a few days ago about filming of the twenty-fifth series. It starts filming next month.
