Although Ming-Na Wen certainly seems to have been involved with a heck of a lot of Disney projects since Mulan, I don't think she's been under some strict Disney contract throughout her whole career. She appears to have done a lot of things for various other studios, including repeated roles on Two and a Half Men, Stargate Universe, and Eureka, as well as voice work for animated shows like Spawn and The Batman, and the movie Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. But she obviously has a good relationship with Disney studios, so if she chooses to work exclusively for them, who can blame her?

I’m sure I didn’t write that correctly but I didn’t mean to imply that she had a contract; but that it felt like some contract. They don’t do those anymore. The closest I can think of are first-look deals, but that involves an actor’s production company partnering with a studio, voluntary, and this isn’t the cast since she’s merely appearing in them.

Default Now ‘Star Wars’ Is Changing Boba Fett’s Iconic Armor

“In the series, Boba Fett is in revenge mode. He will be going after everyone who did him wrong in the past, and he will also be looking for the other bounty hunters. And even more — he will be doing it with a new look to his armor!”

so they're making Boba Fett into a hero/anti-hero?...another redemption arc like they somewhat tried to do with Darth Maul in Clone Wars/Rebels?...does every iconic SW villain need to return from the dead and be redeemed?...is Jabba the Hutt next?

Boba Fett is a Mandalorian. He was an unaltered clone of the famed Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett.

What's the name of the TV Show . . . The Mandalorian

Apart that Jango wasn't a native Mandalorian, he was adopted into the culture by his mentor.

I'm writing a fanfic where a variant of Jabba becomes a grief counselor on Tatooine and repairs power converters on the side for extra money. It's pretty boring so far.

Some strip club owners look like Jabba.

Boba Fett was never a villain to begin with. Dude was just some bounty hunter doing contract work for the Empire.

I feel like he is a "true neutral" in that he has no real allegiance... aside from who is paying him the most.

I'd watch if it were a series and he solved mysteries. Bonus if each episode ended with a bad joke like Welcome Back Kotter.
