Well that was something else. I'm unfamiliar with any of the actors and they were fine for this type of movie. The violence was over the top. It was gorey and bloody and perfect Christmas fare.

Home Alone (rewatch) -

I have to give it credit, but this film ultimately does nothing for me. The climax is amusing and has some great laughs, but I find the rest of it kind of dull and, not to trash a kid actor, but I don't think Macauley Culkin is very good in this. Still, there's nothing exactly *wrong* with it...I just don't get much from it.
