They were in store.

WalMart had 7 of them at $14.96.

Best Buy had 4 at $16.99.

All with slips. Didn't see any at FYE, and Target doesn't even carry it (although strangely, Target has a ton of other new release direct-to-disc LionsGate blus that no one will ever buy).

Found the last copy of this at Best Buy*. Weather issues were the reasons that many different retails didn't have this? Either way watching soon! Trailer promised backstory and cool mutant hillbilly kills. Perfect.

*their shelves were 90% bare. WTF.

The film is surprisingly decent but should have dropped the shaky cam during certain scenes.

The artwork is so terrible though yikes.

Anyone have any idea how I can redeem the digital copy on Vudu? All I get is a promotion not found message. Not a MA title.

I can't find the movie when you have to search for it to redeem the code through Vudu.

It doesn't show up on Vudu's redemption search. There's no redeem button on Vudu's page for the film. Selecting Vudu through the MovieRedeem site will just lead to the 'Promotion Not Found' message.

I had this same issue with Freaky, but I could redeem that code on MA and link it to Vudu through that. For some reason Vudu is having issues allowing redemptions for newer films.

There's really no reason for Universal to give out an option to redeem a code directly through Vudu since Universal is a member of MA which is linked to your Vudu library. It can be a pain in the butt redeeming Lionsgate and Paramount titles sometimes. Wish they'd both just join MA already.

Are you sure about that? Or are you confusing the STX (which are released under Universal) iTunes only codes (i.e. Greenland)?

I redeem everything to my Vudu library and let it port out, I would be kinda disappointed if they pulled Vudu redeems for newer titles

There is basically no reason to redeem any MA code on VUDU at this point if it is from a Blu Ray. Redeeming on itunes will give you free 4K if available. I imagine some are ok with just an HDX copy if there are set on still using VUDU. Myself and several others have moved on from VUDU for reason such as these

Agreed. I can't stand the bloated system Apple and itunes forces on there users simply to get access to content you paid for. I gave itunes a try way back in 2006 with my 2nd or 3rd generation ipod I had at the time. That was enough for this lifetime.

I managed to snag a free code someone posted on FB yesterday, thankfully I immediately followed the link to iTunes to redeem, or I probably would have missed it fooling with VUDU!
