Still should have been Jay Garrick or Hawkman, that would have been a little different figure wise.

It's surprising to me that they're continuing the figure packs but seemingly ending the steelbook line, I thought those would be more popular.

I prefer figures over steelbooks, honestly.

I like both, but lean more towards the figure. If I was rich, I would buy the Steelbooks also, and then put it in the box with the figure. I've only missed about 3 of the DC animated movies with the figures because I just waited too long to buy them...the first Wonder Woman movie, Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths, and Justice League vs. The Fatal Five.

Target seems to be moving away from physical media in general, though I wish another vendor would pick up the US Steelbooks.

After looking at the latest released clip, I'm starting to think that this movie actually might take place in the same universe as Superman: Man of Tomorrow.

Also, another new clip.

That would make complete sense, DCAU wanting to create another interconnected series of stories. I didn't fall in love with Superman: Man of Tomorrow, so I'm glad I passed on buying it on Blu. But I'm leaning towards buying this one. I liked the trailer and seeing all of the different heroes in it. And that exclusive figure is a nice lure too. It looks good! And it comes with the 4k disc.

Has it been confirmed that this and Man of Tomorrow are the star of a new shared animated universe?

^ I prefer steelbooks. Pretty extras that serve a purpose. I loved the action figure that came with Green Lantern: First Flight. Hated when they went with figurines (in-action figures). I still have an Owl Man somewhere after I bought Crisis on Two Earths thinking it was an actual action figure. I wasn't paying attention.

According to Best Buy's site, they are going to have a steelbook for the next animated film after this,"Batman:The Long Halloween Part 1."

Gotta say this is one of my favorite DC animated movies in a long time .
It's epic and doesn't hold back on the WAR aspect and didn't go all PC by not making NAZIES wear swastikas and when people get shot they bleed .
Also has some very touching moments , all-around kick ass !

Ah, okay. But I was right. Ever since the New 52 animated films ended and Dan Didio left, DC animated films are beginning to improve.

Looking forward to this and I love the concept, but man, the animation quality has really fallen off a cliff in the more recent DCAU films.

Oh, be quiet, no it has not. You ask me, the animation is BETTER than what we got in the New 52 animated films.
