Being fair, I'm now at the point where
[Show spoiler] It's getting incredibly annoying, I just turned it off after that. I might go back to it later tonight but we'll see. I'm losing patients with some of the other mechanics and the padding too. The amount of times you go somewhere and you have a mission to do something, only to have to collect a bunch of other things to be able to do the thing you wanted to do... it's every time. That's every mission. And the main character... you go long stretches where he's actually kinda great, then he'll turn into an annoying caveman again with some of the WORST dialogue. Oof. Just a very uneven, but still kinda fun, but also supremely annoying, video game. |

I'm still enjoying it. 10 hours in or so. Main characters is dialogue is by far the worst part. Haven't had many issues in the open world like Gamma is experiencing. I'm just investing all my xp in my telekinesis and slamming any robot that comes close to me lol

I remember that part. Enemies I can deal with. What’s frustrating is the objective marker. You really have to explore each room very well because otherwise you may miss the puzzle in the room & it isn’t at all clear exactly what you’re supposed to do. Without spoilers, I passed that area you described but had to backtrack to figure out why I wasn’t anywhere near the objective. My only other gripe with the game is the HUD. Some stuff isn’t necessary in the HUD to be static on-screen all the time & can’t been tweaked at all, nor subtitles on NPCs though the latter doesn’t bother me as much. Use that Energy Weapon you probably already have. You need to spend skill points in the Energy section. You only need the 1st one to get you going. It’s the best trade off weapon as the Ammo replenishes slowly & you’re not wasting good Ammo from your other weapons. Makes up for the bots flying in the air. I always shoot those drones down but it’s best not to stay in the open area in the same open area location for too long. In doors, it’s pretty easy. Just clear waves before continuing. Lastly, after passing that area you are in, the 3rd area (mission) is much better. I’m near the end of the 4th area building currently. Getting to the 4th area was a bit of a challenge. I suppose you could just run through & not fight but I have my handy Energy Weapon so I went to town. Also upgraded it plenty so have much better cooldown. Anywhoo the game got an update the other day on Xbox. 15GB which I decided to stop. Apparently you can’t stop updates on Xbox. If you do, it deletes the entire game. So had to re-downloaded the whole thing. |

Finished game.
Both Endings. 6/10 Not once did I have any tech issues on SX. Despite claims it had terrible performance. Was getting a smooth 60fps in 4K the whole time. The story is the biggest disappointment. The characters etc. Such a wasted opportunity since the visuals & art style are great. The goal of the game is simply a time waste. Go here, solve puzzles to progress the awful story. Don’t expect anything good from either ending too. Felt like a slap in the face just to get that alternative ending. Only reason to continue would be to upgrade your weapons & get new ones to fight the same enemies which just essentially respawn after you kill them. That would also be a pain since there is no map placement markers in the UI. No thanks. |

How long did it take you to get both endings and did you bother with trophies at all?

I was really enjoying this until i just couldn't stand the dialogue anymore. It was just so grating. Such a bummer cuz the world building and design is soooooooooo good. Just the script was written by an obnoxious 13 year old.

Starting this now, on a PS5,!but I don’t feel any haptic feedback or trigger effects.
I don’t see any ON/OFF in the settings either Any PS5 gamers play this and know how to turn em on? The developer and multiple webpages say PS5 version has haptic feedback and trigger effects |
