So, no 3D Blu-ray for this one?

How unfortunate. I’m watching the 4K UHD on my Xbox One and it’s a great transfer, I just know I’d get more enjoyment outta this one in 3D - especially the Fiero scene and all the goofy $**+ with magnets.

Sadly no, at least not yet. Random Space Media might be able to release this on 3D Blu-ray someday or the other.

The Australian, British, French, and German Apple TV stores have Fast & Furious 9 (2021) in 4K Dolby Vision 3D + Atmos for the Apple Vision Pro.

The American store inexplicably has it only in 2D Dolby Vision 4K + Atmos.

I think this was only converted for 3D and used in foreign territories, it makes sense why its not available on the US one.

Yeah it will be the first time for most here to see a Fast and Furious movie in 3D, those movies had a limited theatrical 3D release world wide. Would be nice if universal releases 7 and 8 in the future as well.

Don't remember now, i have some notes but i didn't put that kind of info in it. you will have to do some digging on those old threads. Also Fast X had limited 3D release.

You could always be like me....I'm not a fan of the series (the original was good, but think I only watched maybe half of the second and gave up on the series) have watched Hobbs & Shaw ( in 3d) its a mindless romp 😆

I'm purely in the mind of supporting those fine guys at Turbine in hope they will keep feeding us 3d titles - SO I've pre- ordered the latest bunch of titles........

(Still playing a little catch up tho - needing a few of the back catalogue, which I intend to get when $$$ allow!)

Yes, 7 is a horrible conversion filled with conversion errors, 8 is watchable but very bland.

I'm not really sure about Furious 7, but The Fate of the Furious (F8) was done by Stereo D (now SDFX).

Regardless of 3D strength, both films' 3D should get preserved on 3D Blu-ray.

I like F8. It made me order F9 3D so I would definitely buy F8 3D. It made me buy the full set which I immediately sold without watching lol. But I like F8.

Fast & Furious 8 never got its extended cut released on disc, I would kill for a double disc edition with the 3D version. It was also additionally cut in the UK so I am definitely down for an upgrade even bare bones.
