Mine arrived today also. Sadly not in pristine condition and given it's sold out I guess I'm gubbed for a replacement. Cheers Zavvi, £40 well spent.

Poor quality control. Happened to me with my copy of Arrow's Dune Deluxe edition. Slip case and booklets were all pristine but the steelbook inside was a mess.

I was just unlucky. Oddly, on checking the rest of the set seems fine so it looks like the steelbook was likely already damaged before it was squeezed into the box which is atrocious for a pricey item. Not amused.

Given there appears to be little room for manoeuvre inside the slip box and the significant level of damage to the steel, it's rather amazing they even managed to get it in there.

If mine turns up like that I won't be happy.

This turned up in perfect condition. Shipped in a box. I had nightmares that this would be in a plastic bag.

Zavvi didn't send me a tracking number which I was also worried about.

Arrived today and the steelbook is cracked on the spine and the cover yet all the other steelbooks I ordered along with it are in perfect condition. I wonder if this was a returned set and they just re-sealed it.
