Well to be fair Dragonball Super is back at the Universe 6 Saga again. Though I remember back when Toonami was on Weekdays, the Android and Cell Sagas aired what felt like a 1,000 times because it always brought in millions of viewers no matter how many times it aired because most fans including myself would just watch it whenever it came on rerun or not. Though for me it was more about watching the entire Toonami block same as I do now not just watching just for Dragonball.

Based on that link, the Cartoonito shows are even doing worse. 1 of them actually got a 0.00 and Care Bears got a 0.01. Normally I would say well that is 18-49 age range not the intended audience for being Preschool shows. But being at 0.20 and 0.23 is still pretty awful. I know when Cartoon Network did its previous Preschool block Tickle U it was at least better than this. Though i’m sure many people don’t even know Cartoon Network has a Preschool block right now that covers almost 1/3rd of the entire day.

I guess everyone was on vacation for Halloween and Blade Runner did pretty well considering it was only a 7 minute Interview to prepare you for next weekend.

They should start doubling up on Naruto Shippuden episodes and air it earlier in the night.

I do remember when it used to come on after Boruto. But I guess without Boruto on the block anymore, they decided to put it back into the later part of the timeslot. I think the problem with putting it on earlier is that as many point out Shippuden has been done ages ago and can Stream the series to the end or buy the DVDs which have been complete for a long while as well.

So Shippuden is almost treated like a rerun that has never aired on TV yet while trying to put the more fresh series at the start. You could say the 1st hour of the block is like a battle on who ends up on top because every show wants that Midnight hour but only 2 shows can get that honor and Toonami Originals obviously will take at least 1 of those spots leaving the other 7 shows duking it out. I just wish people could stay up later. Like even when Toonami ends, I watch the Shippuden reruns after it even though those same episodes air at 9PM as well.
