I was wondering if there is a difference in Titan of Cult Halloween 2018 4k Steelbook from Amazon.it and the one from Zavvi? At the time Zavvi was sold out, and it was only available from either Amazon.fr or Amazon.it. Only Amazon.it had item pics.

Yes. All Titans Of Cult "boxes" are thin plastic that cracks and tears easily if you're not careful with them.

You should check out an unboxing video on youtube of one of their releases.

This is sincerely one of the ugliest and most conceptually inept Steelbook artworks I have ever seen. Front, back, inside -- nothing works.
