You guys should read some of the reviews over at RT. Some of them don't even make sense. Even the critics that gave it a fresh score still trash on this movie.

It was "too deep" for critics and the sheeple followed. Also, RT was paid by that other company for its low score.

The franchise still exists, but it was completely decimated. I mean, it's not like Snyder would have come up with a good JL movie that's ready for theaters, but that's besides the point.

It feels like the DCEU is at the finish line, and not just hitting it's stride.

Because those movies tried to distance themselves from the mess Snyder made. Snyder Cut was a big selling point for HBO max. And then the company got sold lol

Joker, a hard R film made over $1 billion. Marvel would never even attempt an R rated film.

By having Snyder co-write and produce Wonder Woman, using all the actors he cast and having Snyder's regular second unit action scene director do the action scenes in Wonder Woman? That's an odd way to distance yourself from Snyder. WW84 was the one that distanced from Snyder, not having him write on it and not using his action scene director.

Never said RT is unreliable...just that people who use it to determine the success (or not) of a movie just to prove a point are pathetic.

WW was already done and JL was too far into production to save it. For some reason the people in charge didn't watch any of the production of BvS and realize what a ****show they had on their hands. WBs biggest mistake was giving him so much power without any oversight. Pretty much tanked DCEU, and maybe even WB as a whole.
