I have it already so I am out of luck. It's ok..I am used to it now when it comes to these Arrow 4K double dips. Happened to me with Django, Robocop and American Werewolf in London. It still stings though.

Yes, I think that means a newly done scan.

Zavvi has a "limited edition" preorder too.

Maybe something like True Romance? (hardcase box + steelbook?). If that's the case, I just hope the steelbook will feature a better artwork than the last one..

I actually thought zavvi's overly expensive second listing is just the US release.

The old Arrow Blu was a 4K-scanned, SDR, 2K workflow, master.

There's no need for a new scan as the existing Arrow Blu was taken from a 4K scan.

Good point, actually. I forgot about that with Uncut Gems UHD from Criterion, and gave my BD copy w/ slip to my cousin a little while before it came out since I was just throwing it in with a bunch of dupes that were more hassle to sell than they were worth. Then facepalmed when I remembered no BD. At least that wasn't a boutique release.

I was confused as why Zavvi had two listings but both appear to be identical in content. If it was a different edition, Arrow would have shown it in their infographic like True Romance. I believe there is just one edition of 12 Monkeys.
