online mostly, unless I must have the movie or tv series immediately.

will hit the bb sales if they're decent, will go for the b2g1 or b3g2 sales there, if they're a decent selection.

I buy wherever the deal is. If it's only a matter of a dollar or two i'll buy in store.. Nothing like some good 'ol instant gratification..

I'd have to sell some organs to afford BDs in the shops over here. I use ebay a lot as well as trading forums, etc. I've no problem picking up used Blu-rays as the scratch proof coating takes old worries away.

Default Not before, but maybe now

I've never purchased a Blu online before, only cause I wanted to show local stores support; so I tend to purchase them at Best Buy, Target or Sears. I did join Amazon Prime, mainly for books, but I did pre-order the Initial-D Blu from them, as well as Appleseed Ex Machina; so I guess I'll be buying online a bit more often now.

Default Amazon and DD

I have bought all mine from BOGO's. I did accumulate some coupons from BB from my PS3 and Acer purchase. I will be using them to buy some movies in a few weeks when I get back to the states.

Have a great weekend.

Ciao.

Waiting is not one of my best attributes.

Just as I would rather hit the 7/11 for a Pepsi as opposed to standing in line at a Safeway, I would much rather buy a BD and take it right home and watch it.

YMMV.

Mostly amazon prime.
The only time I'll buy them locally is if there's a special or if I have coupons to use.

I used to buy locally at brick and mortar stores exclusively until the Canadian dollar went above par with the USD. I still buy some movies locally especially some individual new releases but if I'm looking to buy multiple movies, I've been buying from Amazon.com.

I wanted to support local retailers but some of them are overpricing new release boxsets by a wide margin.

mostly from HMV, but about 30% of my BD is from online stores.... If I know the story and know that I will buy it for sure, then I'll go and buy it online. If I just want to pick movie randomly, then I go to HMV (most movie I have on BD I picked randomly). If it is not available in UK, then online from USA
