Edit: It was the glue bulge! I wonder why its so big on this steelbook. It looks like I won't have to return it anymore.
Good news!

This is the only Sony steelbook I've bought brand new (when I got the Labyrinth 4K one, it was pre-owned and the J-card was already loose from it.) Now I know what to expect if I get any more steelbooks from Sony in the future.

This steelbook looks so much better in person than online. Its like the Willy Wonka 4K slip and the Hocus Pocus 4K steelbook, pretty to look at in the light. It even does the same on the photos on the inside, which I've never seen on inner art of a steelbook before. Despite how crazy the art is on this one, the way it is in the light makes up for it.

(I'm a woman, by the way. If I had my real name mentioned on my profile, I'd still probably be confused for a guy, since its a unisex name.)

Thank you for the correction lol. I didn't even realize that I said "his". I corrected my post.

I find this happens often with Sony SteelBook releases with their flimsy paper J-cards.

My recent Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse SteelBook was the same way.

Also you can kind of see the glue bulge in Tyrok's sealed photo above.

@PONDERINGTHEUNIVERSE confirmed that's the case with her SteelBook and there isn't a dent after all.
Well, the good news is, that was just a glue bulge.

The bad news is, there is still damage. Part of the spine got crushed. Way to go Target. Sending another steelbook in a flimsy bubble mailer.

On my way to return it. When will they learn?!

Only way I order a steelbook from Target is during a good promo.
