I knew it wouldn’t be in stores since Tyrok didn’t post it.

Due to the price and movie itself, I just didn’t think it would sell out quickly. I received 1 yesterday, but I didn’t open it yet to inspect it. I usually like to order a backup copy in case it’s damaged, which has happened very frequently lately.

Same here, normally, I do ISPU. However, I had this one shipped since Tyrok didn't post the in-store pics. I received mine yesterday in a box with air pillows. I was hoping ISPU would appear, but never did. I'm always worried about finding a dent or scratch when opening my shipped SBs. This was suppose to be my backup, but I guess I'll have to open it. At least, it looks mint in package.

Yeah I had a bad feeling about this one concerning its availability after the release day. I was going to wait and hope I could do an ipu but when Tyrock didn't post any pics I pulled the trigger to have it shipped.

Dang how did this one sell out already? I had a PO and lost it because I got a new card and forgot to update my order.

I was able to find a local walmart that had the bluray steelbook instock (which I think looks better anyways) But now I'm going to have to wait until the 4k slip drops in price to pick that up and put it in the bluray steel

If it comes back, it may be from returns.

Usually once we get the greyed out SOLD OUT, that usually sticks. It's much different than the greyed out COMING SOON.

This one much have just been a super small batch since the movie didn't do great and they weren't going to take the chance of sitting on these a year later like they are some less desirable MCU steels.

Didn't the Prey steelbook say "Sold Out" for at least a week or two? And that came back in stock, and it has been in stock ever since.

Best Buy only lists "Coming Soon" for pre-release items. It is simply an indication that pre-orders have sold out. So that no longer applies to Blue Beetle.

It did. But Prey was also available in stores unlike Blue Beetle.

this steel is matte but not the shitty kind of matte i think some people call it zero sheen finish which is really nice in hand
