hmm, the UPC's for this and True Lies are identical except for the last number after TBA, True Lies is TBA1 and Aliens is TBA3, not sure if that means these aren't real UPC's.

So far I never liked "Alien: Resurrection" (even saw it in cinemas back in the day) although I was always fond on "Amelie".

But on 4K UHD I finally liked "The City of Lost Children" and I am willing to give "Alien: Resurrection" another chance and I will try to see it as a Jeunet film and not an Alien film...

An Alien queen being brought to future Earth by Weyland-Yutani could be a great plot line. Start with the high tech, “enlightened” Earth, follow a group of employees trying to kill the project (queen), greedy group interested in military tech take control, outbreak, pandemic lockdown, etc. potentially leading to Earth becoming a planet entirely infested and transformed into a hive with just a few human & animal survivors.

Of the titles discussed in the clip, the original Avatar has now been released in 4K Ultra HD. Which means, there are still three James Cameron films that—if all goes well in authoring and replication—should hit 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray Disc right around the end the year: The Abyss, True Lies, and Titanic. That last one is obviously a Paramount title, and our sources indicate that Paramount is likely to announce that one first. The thing to know about these is that Lightstorm is involved in each of them, so the A/V quality and extras should be exactly as Cameron wishes them. We’re hearing, for example, that they should all be released on UHD-100 discs. And once those titles are done and out, we’re hearing that Cameron’s Aliens is likely to be next on deck for 4K release in 2024.
