Tomb Raider coming to Evercade as a cartridge and the pack-in for the new Evercade hardware. There was also a tweet from Evercade saying these are the PS1 versions.

Quote:
We’re delighted to share the news of our new partnership with Crystal Dynamics to bring Tomb Raider to Evercade! Our emulation capabilities include 32-bit home console gaming, which means we can bring the home console versions of Lara Croft’s first three published adventures to Evercade fans! All on one physical cartridge!

Tomb Raider 3 Remaster Seems to Quietly Edit Out Lara Croft Pinup Posters in Recent Patch

https://twitter.com/SmashJT/status/1781394105618362598

Can you imagine how insufferable one must be around other people that something like this bothers them so much that they had to do this, knowing the reaction it would get?

Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Will Restore Missing Posters In Patch 3
The posters were "inadvertently removed" according to Aspyr

Of course they were. It's just a bug.
Companies should get sued for shit like this. People bought the game. It should not be legal to remove content that you purchased.
They put a stupid disclaimer in there already, but then they still somehow remove content. Wtf is wrong with these people.

I'm still waiting for a physical copy. No physical copy = no buy.
And if the physical copy should be censored in any way = no buy.

No, that was Laura Croft, her American twin sister, who is closely related to Nathan Drake.

Limited Run Games selling a physical version at a not a bad price (if like me all you care about is the disc and not the tat that comes with the collector's edition)!

Appears the standard and deluxe editions are available through other sites. Just the big fancy collector's edition is a LRG exclusive (though even then, you can get it via the official TR merch store). The price tag for the collector's edition stings, but those Lara figures won me over. Gonna place an order come pay day.

Getting it solely for The Last Revelation which is so underrated.

Heads up, but this week or last, 14.99 for the 29.99 Tomb Raider Remastered collection PS5 on the PS store sale. That is the lowest it's been.

That the show sucks? It seems even IGN disliked the show. Lara being a lesbian is inconsequential, but the constant crying is not in character. I totally got it in the 2013 game, since it was supposed to be her origin, but keeping her emotionally fragile is a betrayal of the character.

In any case, I just hope the makers of the show have no input (or have their work serve as inspiration) on the direction of future games. Also, I hope these remasters remind Crystal Dynamics about what this franchise should be about. As others have pointed out, we need actual tombs in our Tomb Raider games. Uncharted-style action is fine here and there, but should not be the focus.

You see, this I can understand. You're detailing your point of view not spewing the usual crap

I picked up the remastered collection PS5 disc and I’m happy to report that the latest version is on the disc as of this post. I’m late to the party, but I’ve been enjoying the set quite a bit over the last couple of nights. Photo mode is pretty fun too.

Goofing off OOB in the TR2 training area.

Great news. My copy of the remastered trilogy is due to arrive on Tuesday. With that, my recent order of the survivor trilogy (I recently found out that not only do I have the PC version of TR'13 on disc but I also have the GOTY edition from GOG, though I don't recall ever purchasing the latter), and the upcoming remasters of IV, V, and VI, Lady Croft is certainly back in my life.

Heck, I even found my old PS1 discs and my PS2 copy of AOD.

EDIT:
I also found my PS2 copies of Legend and Anniversary, along with my PS3 copy of Underworld.

Looking closer at my GOG account, over there I have Tomb Raider - The Last Revelation, Tomb Raider Chronicles, Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, Tomb Raider: Legend, Tomb Raider: Anniversary, Tomb Raider: Underworld, and Tomb Raider GOTY.

And... I have paperback copies of Lara Croft: Tomb Raider: The Man of Bronze, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider: The Lost Cult, and Lara Croft: Tomb Raider: The Amulet of Power.

Sheesh! I am shocked I don't have either of the Angelina Jolie movies.

That’s quite a collection! I completely missed out on the anniversary games and I wish they would get their own remasters. I’m not sure if I didn’t have a capable rig or console that could play them at that time.

I’m really enjoying getting back into the classics and relearning trick jumps and grid maneuvers. The 60+ fps is so nice too. I think the last time I played these was on original PS1 hardware. I’ll definitely be getting the next collection on disc. I’m really curious if they will be making changes to or fixing Angel of Darkness.

Yeah, the remaster 1 2 3 Tomb Raider from Aspyr games are really good with the remastered graphics and controls. I'm still going through Tomb Raider 1, which is awesome since she's actually in giant Tombs the whole game almost.

The modern "Tomb" Raider games are so far off the mark about what "Tomb Raiding" is all about, since they take place pretty much everywhere but inside a tomb. Not good.

The R3 L3 photo mode camera is also a big help for quickly scanning and going through areas without needing Lara to run all over the place risking her life.

Remasters of the Legend trilogy would be great (I wonder if Crystal Dynamics would put a disclaimer on those ), and I do hope Angel of Darkness gets some much needed TLC.

I imagine they will. If this collection of remasters is anything like the last one, they'll have actual TR superfans and modders working on it. I could see AoD getting reworked controls to make it more responsive, some cut content reinstated, etc. Hopefully they also iron out the bugs in the last level of Chronicles!

I've always really liked the game, warts and all. I've seen a lot of peeps question why they're even bothering with a remaster of AoD, given it's often considered the black sheep of the franchise, but I don't they realise the following it has.

My deluxe edition of the remasters arrived today. Somewhat disappointed that the soundtrack is a digital download only (I seem to recall an unboxing video that showed a soundtrack CD as well). However, I look forward to playing these tonight.
