Flanagan was really bummed at Netflix for not allowing his output to reach physical media.

“In the years I worked at Netflix, I tried very hard to get them to release my work on Blu-ray and DVD. They refused at every turn,” Flanagan wrote at the time. “It became clear very fast that their only priority was subscriptions, and that they were actively hostile to the idea of physical media.

Not just Netflix. There’s so many amazing horror movies that haven’t got a physical release yet, like Disney’s also guilty of this. I really liked fresh And Barbarian but they still haven’t seen the light of day.

Can’t wait for the specs, a fan who met Flanagan last week let her know about the 4K release and told her about the extended cut and other info that she isn’t supposed to let slip. I’m guessing a lengthy new documentary like Drag Me To Hell is getting.

Same here! I haven't ordered directly from them since they changed their system. I was going to grab a couple movies off their sale last year but they weren't on them and the others I wanted were sold out already on day one. Hoping this year to do better since there are a few things I want, this included (I know it won't be on sale, I'm hoping it's preorder will be live for the sale so I can add it to my order).

I couldn’t find it on their site so I tried searching in the Shop app and all three pulled right up! The site exclusive is $39.98 and the signed poster site is $89.98.

No, but Amazon does. Way faster and easier than Shout ever did. The only things I've ordered from Amazon in the last couple of years are a few random Shout and Kino 4k discs that I was worried about arriving with scratches due to the Mexico replication plant. I did this for the very reason that Amazon readily accepts exchanges on factory-defective, damaged discs, with zero hassles.

Never heard of this title, but I'm pre-ordering from Shout! simply out of solidarity for Flanagan's support of physical media and his calling Netflix out on their stance against it.
