If you preordered in time, you should have gotten an email last week with the set going out the door.

If you think things are taking too long, contact Imprint but only use the General Inquiry selection. You won't get through to anyone if you pick any of the others, even the Issue With My Order selection doesn't work.

And remember that there's a 14-15 hour time difference, so their day is our night as such. Give them a day and someone will start a dialogue with you and get things straight.

I ordered on May 24th. I got volumes 1-3, IDOJ, and the Neverending Story boxset. I haven't seen any other email's from Via Vision since then.

Woohoo, my set arrived in today's post, direct from Australia. In perfect shape, no shipping damage whatsoever.

I am wondering how the new tariffs are going to affect ordering from Viavision in the future, for those in the US. Changes go into effect at the end of August. From what I understand, up until now any order sent from overseas that cost under $800 didn't have to pay any additional fees. But that's all going to change. I've never had to pay customs on any deliveries from the UK or Australia in the past, and I have no idea how the whole process would work...

I like that the music doesn't abruptly start for the theme on Season 6 like the DVDs. I think it had been like that going all the way back to when it first entered syndication.

I don't think the Mill Creek box set is aimed at the purist and collector. It's not a limited release as far as I know and is most certainly aimed at the casual buyer. Its price would seem to confirm that at $61.64 currently on Amazon.

I have the imprint sets and was given the Mill Creek as a gift. It's great for what it is, and the booklet is a highlight. I've never read those interviews with EM before about how she felt about the show.
