It definitely captures the essence of a Lost episode. Too bad the story isn't very good and only a handful of the cast showed up to provide voiceovers.

7.5 Graphics
The Island is gorgeous, there is no doubting that. The Lost characters, not so much. Take a look at Michael's face and shudder in terror.

5.0 Sound
Original music from series composer Michael Giacchino is a huge plus. The voice acting, however, is absolutely terrible.

4.0 Gameplay
There's not a lot of game here. The adventure elements are a good start, but there's so little meat to the game, that it is ultimately a let-down.

3.5 Lasting Appeal
You can easily beat this game in 4-6 hours. There's so little to do and explore that you would have to make a major effort to play it longer than that.

5.5
Mediocre OVERALL

Eurogamer gave it 7 out of 10; one for fans of the show. I'm going to give it a go.

I played it for about an hour. Got through the second episode. It would have taken HALF that time if it wasn't so effing hard to navigate the cave!
The voicework is hit & miss, and the movements are puppet-like...like just about every other movie/TV show-game. The polish is not there. I'll beat it and give an update.

Just beat it. The story is ok, but I am mad that I spent $60 on it. I'm as big a fan of the tv show as there is so I thought I would enjoy the game even if it wasn't all that great..... I was wrong. It was too short. I'm not even all that great at video games and I beat it in about 2.5 hrs of playing it. I should have just rented it. DANG IT!

It's worth renting though if you're a fan of the show.

i decided after all the talk to rent it.

thanks God I did. It was terrible, boring, slow, you could not navigate hardly anywhere.

turned if off after an hour....

back to blockbuster it goes

And I heard the writers/producers or whatever who work on the show also worked on this game. I don't know what happened?

Yeah, but at least now I will not waste my money on even renting it.

It was...a 5/10 IMO
I don't know why I ever expect anything based on a TV show/movie to be anything less than asstacular though. To date, they have all been lousy...
